Your mission

We are looking for someone passionate willing to face big challenges and have a highimpact role inside an innovative and fastgrowing startup. The right candidate will be a salesdriven person with a deep technical and customercentric understanding of the additive manufacturing solutions and customer needs.

You will work on the technology adoption program working closely with current and new customers detecting new potential applications and finding key segments where supernova can provide added value for customers.


Requirements

Soft Skills:

  • You have a continuous learning ambition

  • You pursue the opportunities even when they are not obvious
  • You have an Agile/Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable in a fastchanging environment able to maximize growth and progress by going out of the comfort zone.

  • You have ownership and high commitment with all the things that you are involved in.
  • You are selfdriven and proactive


Hard Skills:

  • >3 years of experience in the Additive Manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Strong understanding on industrial customers behaviour and how are the technology adoption cycles.
  • Knowledge about customer needs in verticals such as automotive aerospace engineering or healthcare is a plus.
  • Proven success selling high technology hardware to SMB and Enterprise customers
  • Excellent selling aptitude
  • Strong organizational skills
