Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. IGA/Sailpoint Program Development:

• Develop and implement the organizations IGA strategy policies and procedures.
• Design configure and customize IGA solutions to meet business needs.
• Define and document user provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
• Create and maintain identity lifecycle management workflows.

2. Team Leadership:

• Lead a team of IGA engineers providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Coordinate with customer side stake holders gather the requirements create execution plan and drive the communication at client site.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

3. Solution Implementation:

• Evaluate select and implement appropriate IGA tools and technologies.
• Configure Sailpoint solutions including user provisioning role management access requests and certification processes.
• Develop connectors and integrations with existing systems and applications.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the IGA system and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Handson installation of Sailpoint.

4. Compliance and Risk Management:

• Define and enforce access control policies and standards.
• Monitor and audit user access rights to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and certifications.
• Identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities related to identity and access management.

5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT security HR and compliance to gather requirements and align IGA initiatives with organizational goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert providing guidance and support to stakeholders on IGArelated matters.
• Build strong relationships with business units to understand their access requirements and ensure smooth operations.
