Job Title : Operator 3 Other Production

Location : Lexington MA

Duration : 03 Month (Possibility of extension)

Shift timing: 8:00 5:00

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Physically unload and perform visual inspection of inbound/outbound freight.
• Receive raw materials.
• Assign lot numbers to incoming materials and submit it to QC for incoming inspection
• Perform data entry for all materials in ERP (JDE) system
• Prepare and affix appropriate documentation to cartons and packages.
• Manipulate computer terminal to generate shipping labels File import documents and distribute copies to appropriate personnel
• Generate commercial invoice for international shipments
• Maintain inventory of supplies and finished good
• Enter the orders in to JDE generate order confirmation and send it to customers.
• Create packing slips and ship orders.
• Send shipment notifications and tracking info to customers.
• Domestic shipping
• Package & label finished good
• Special projects as required.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 23 years experience in a shipping receiving and material handling function

preferably in the medical device industry or equivalent.

• Knowledge and familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 and/or ISO 9001 (current versions).
• Well organized with good recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work well with others and to communicate effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions stay on schedule adhere to standards and pay attention to details
