Job Description:
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations and strategic financial planning. You will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to ensure the efficient utilization of financial resources adherence to regulatory standards and attainment of financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the companys overall objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Led the budgeting forecasting and financial analysis processes to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing economic performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies and internal controls.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports including income statements balance sheets cash flow statements and other relevant financial metrics.
  • Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest corporate governance and ethics standards.
  • Treasury Management: Manage cash flow liquidity and investment activities to optimize returns and ensure financial stability.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decisionmaking processes including investments mergers acquisitions and divestitures.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including investors lenders regulatory authorities and board members.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement within the finance team providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience of 48 years as a CFO or senior financial leadership role preferably within a conglomerate or multinational corporation.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of building and leading highperforming teams.
  • Commitment to integrity transparency and ethical conduct in all aspects of financial management.
