Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in San Francisco CA. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex litigation matters and collaborate with experienced attorneys to provide topnotch legal representation.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings motions briefs and other legal documents.
- Assist with discovery including document production depositions and interrogatories.
- Prepare for and participate in hearings trials and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
- Communicate effectively with clients opposing counsel and the court.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
- 25 years of litigation experience preferably in a law firm setting.
- Strong research writing and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral advocacy and courtroom presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism integrity and client service.
