Relief Night Auditor Hotel experience

Location: Dania Beach FL
Hours: 24 to 32 hours per week
Salary: $18 to $20 per hour plus benefits

We are currently seeking a Night Auditor Relief for our hotel located in Dania Beach. Candidates must have experience working in hotels with this shift. Experience in Marriott or Hilton branded hotels is advantageous. The pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour plus benefits.

Official Schedule:

• Friday and Saturday nights: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM
• Sundays and Mondays: Night Audit Shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Perform night audit procedures including reconciling daily transactions and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
• Verify and balance entries records and documents related to guest accounts and room revenues.
• Process guest checkins and checkouts during night shifts providing exceptional customer service as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain security measures throughout the hotel premises during the night hours.
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure the safety of guests employees and property.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction during night hours.
• Adhere to hotel policies procedures and standards at all times.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotels with night shift operations.
• Experience with Marriott or Hilton branded hotels preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
