We are seeking an adaptable and detailoriented System Administrator and Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about documenting processes creating training materials suggesting automation opportunities and providing support for organizational tools. The successful candidate will be eager to learn new skills daily and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Documentation and Innovation: Document existing processes using flowcharts and other visualization tools. Identify and suggest improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials for internal employees on process changes and updates.
Tool Proficiency and Maintenance: Quickly learn and master the organizations CRM calling tools and other software applications. Provide firstlevel support for these tools addressing maintenance issues and guiding employees through troubleshooting processes.
Continuous Learning and Development: Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal growth by staying informed about the latest industry trends tools and technologies. Apply this knowledge to propose innovative solutions and improvements within the company.
Project Management Support: Utilize project management tools to assist with planning tracking and executing projects. Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however candidates with at least 12 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
Strong ability to document processes create training materials and utilize flowcharts effectively.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. Prior experience with CRM and calling tools is highly desirable.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the capacity to provide technical assistance and support.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to develop clear and informative training materials.
No specific process design methodology required but the candidate should be proficient in using project management tools.
