Training Program Design: Develop and design training programs to address organizational needs and enhance employee skills.
Content Creation: Create engaging training materials presentations and elearning modules.
Delivery and Facilitation: Conduct effective training sessions through various methods including workshops seminars and virtual platforms.
Needs Assessment: Identify training needs through collaboration with managers performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs gather feedback and make continuous improvements.
Professional Development: Collaborate with employees to create individual development plans and support ongoing professional growth.
Compliance: Ensure training programs align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Metrics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators related to training effectiveness and provide regular reports to management.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Education or a related field.
Proven experience of minimum 3 years in designing and delivering effective training programs.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and learning theories.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
