Job Location: Tunis Tunisia
Reports to: Sales Manager/Sales Director
Job Purpose/Role Description:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads initiating contact with potential clients and nurturing relationships to ultimately drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a good understanding of B2B sales processes and a passion for building connections within the identified verticals to target.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling email outreach networking events and social media.
2. Research and identify potential clients within target industries verticals and geographic regions.
3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects business challenges and goals.
4. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
5. Schedule and coordinate meetings demos and presentations with qualified prospects for the sales team.
6. Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads and sales opportunities.
8. Stay current with industry trends sales methodologies and best practices by actively participating in ongoing sales training sessions workshops and reading relevant literature.
Qualifications & Experiences:
1. Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes lead generation technics and sales methodologies.
3. Curiosity or foundational knowledge in analytics.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
5. Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a sense of urgency to achieve goals and objectives.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
7. Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new strategies and techniques.
8. Outstanding written and oral ability in English.
