WTCP is a dynamic and rapidly growing company that specializes in healthcare healthcare information technology and information technology. We are seeking experienced remote Healthcare Staffing Account Managers to join our team as independent contractors.

Our aim is to support those who may be looking to work remotely and who may have previously developed positive working relationships with professionals in need of staffing services. The Healthcare Account Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting potential clients to join our organization. You will work hand in hand to assist with introducing our staffing agency to prospective clients to support our companys growth. Must reside in the United States.

The Account Manager will have the flexibility to set their ideal working hours and run their desk as they see fit however should be accessible in the event our candidate is selected by the client to move forward through the interviewing process. If you are a motivated selfstarter with a passion for healthcare staffing we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of placement with healthcare facilities and candidates
  • Monitor and track the progress of placements to ensure successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Manage and maintain an applicant tracking system to track and document the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Healthcare Account Manager
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews between clients and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • High degree of confidentiality and professionalism

Working Conditions:

  • The role is fully remote
  • This is a 1099 independent contractor position and you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits
  • You will be providing your own equipment candidate tracking system and a suitable home office environment
  • You will have the opportunity to work with the hiring managers and team members via virtual meetings email and collaboration tools
