We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst for a challenging 24month contract opportunity in Albany NY. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing multiple entity project teams from development through to successful production implementation of all software and hardware tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple entity project teams throughout the entire lifecycle of application development and infrastructure projects.
• Utilize industrystandard tools and techniques in a Business Analyst role to ensure project success.
• Develop and document complex multidisciplinary infrastructure rollout projects in a government environment.
• Collaborate directly with crossagency staff to implement projects effectively.
• Demonstrate effective team building facilitation communication and presentation skills.
• Work and communicate efficiently with diverse groups to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 84 months of experience managing multiple entity project teams in the development through successful implementation of multiyear application development and infrastructure projects.
• 84 months of experience with multientity project teams utilizing industrystandard system lifecycle methodologies.
• 60 months of experience developing and documenting complex multidisciplinary infrastructure rollout projects in a government environment.
• Proficiency in using industrystandard tools and techniques in a Business Analyst role.
• 24 months of experience in effective team building facilitation and communication.
• Bachelors Degree in business or technology discipline.
