An MNC company is currently hiring a Health Operations Admin Executive to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur company.

• Possess at least Diploma/Degree in any related fields.
  
• Have prior working experience in administrative line.
  
• Demonstrate strong communication and problemsolving skills to handle diverse sales aftersales and administrative tasks promptly accurately and professionally.
  
• Manage private confidential client documents ensuring compliance.
  
• Maintain accurate and organized records of policyholders health insurance documents ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Empathetic and customerfocused approach to handling inquiries and concerns.
  
• Proficient in English for both writing and speaking but also are able to read or speak in Chinese Language.
  
• Open to fresh graduates and those who immediately available.
