Sr. US NONIT Recruiter / Sr. US Technical recruiter :

Location : Near 100ft Road Madhapur

Exp: 2 3 Years

• Making job descriptions as per the clients requirements and posting them on relevant platforms
• Searching screening interviewing selecting candidates and forwarding them to the clients
• Designing new recruitment strategies to match candidates with suitable job positions
• Finding new sources for searching candidates and handling their paperwork during the hiring process
• Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the open positions

About the job :

• Source Non IT professionals including Nurses Business Light Industrial accountants Managers and other professionals through Job Boards Social Media Networking Referrals
• Handle requirements from various NonIT clients.
• Direct Client requirements.
• Be the first point of contact for the consultant and maintain monthly contact with the consultant.
• Proactively seek out prospective candidates and grow the companys database

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills & Writing skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills; selfstarter with high standards in any given task
• Experience in using online tools (Indeed Monster CareerBuilder etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn.
• Must have 2 years of experience working in US Staffing as a Recruiter in NonIT roles
