Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance defense litigation and possess strong analytical communication and advocacy skills.

Requirements

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception to resolution
  
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings motions discovery requests and other legal documents
  
• Prepare for and attend hearings mediations depositions and trials
  
• Communicate effectively with clients opposing counsel and insurance adjusters
  
• Provide strategic guidance and counsel to clients on legal matters
  

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  
• Admission to the State Bar of California
  
• 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
  
• Strong research writing and analytical skills
  
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism integrity and client service
