Role and responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements for
CRM implementation.
Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to recommend suitable CRM solutions.
Develop detailed project plans outlining the CRM implementation process including
timelines milestones and resource requirements.
Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Customize CRM systems to meet clientspecific needs and industry standards.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CRM systems with existing applications and
databases.
Provide comprehensive training sessions to endusers and client teams on CRM system
functionality.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address user queries and
issues.
Conduct thorough testing of the CRM implementation to identify and resolve any issues
before system golive.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of CRM configurations customizations and
processes.
Provide recommendations for system enhancements and updates.
Other Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business IT or a related field.
Proven experience in CRM implementation configuration and support.
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics Custom
CRM's Etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management experience is a plus.
Certification in relevant CRM technologies is desirable.
Analytical mindset with problemsolving skills.
Detailoriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
