Support day to day activities of the Biosample Operations group including but not limited to: Agenda preparation meeting minutes action item tracking Protocol and Laboratory document review Pulling and compiling reports from sample management system managing and tracking file transfers support user access requests and associated logs maintain metrics trackers and other tasks as assigned.

Top 35 must have skills:

1. Better than proficient at Excel strong skills primarily with formulas (no custom macros) use pivot table Vlookups Xlookups

2. Strong computer skills proficient with typing navigating between multiple applications not get sidetracked or lost etc.

3. Experience 1years clinical study manager central lab lead PM familiar with reading and understanding protocols and associated lab documents (interpret requirements pick out requirements from text to follow through with associated documents)

4. Critical thinking problem solving skills think about the data infront of them to do independent investigation

5. Excellent organizational skills thorough tracking monitoring reporting and follow up

Soft Skills: Focus attention to detail team player work on their own/autonomy time management
