سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيOur client is looking for aCountry Manager Japan who takes overall responsibility for the financial performance and operational leadership of the Japan region. Working closely with global Csuite colleagues they strategically develop the business unit into a large profitable and selfsustaining operational arm of the global organisation. They ensure the region meets its financial performance targets and the individual teams meet and exceed incountry sales targets by expertly planning and implementing an incountry sales strategy.
This role is based in Tokyo Japan with 4 days in the office. The ideal candidate will be degreeeducated native Japanese and fluent in English language.
Key Deliverables
Smooth Country Operations: the jobholder is responsible for ensuring their local entity is runeffectively equipping and supporting local colleagues to do their jobs. These individuals may notdirectly report to the Country Manager.
Delivering Sales Growth in Assigned Territory: closing deals that deliver margin rich revenueis critical to effective performance in this role driving incountry business growth.
Strategic Planning: proactively analysing the market and individual opportunities to identify andproactively manage opportunities from lead to close.
LongLasting Customer Relationships: providing customers with evercloser relationshipswhere we are viewed as a business partner leading to renewals and protecting existing revenue.
Person Profile
Expected (E) or desirable (D) knowledge education experience and skills
Education &Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent or significant alternative experience E
Industry specific certifications E
Experience: Significant experience of personally delivering direct sales E
SaaS or other highly relevant experience E
Strong experience in leading sales teams as a head of or director of
sales typically of at least five years E
Experience with Partner/Channel organisations E
Experience of developing vertical or clientspecific sales strategies E
Demonstrable experience of driving the sales cycle from plan to close E
Skills / Aptitude:
Strong leadership and people skills including coaching skills E
Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills E
Exceptional communication skills oral written and presenting E
Good organisation skills E
Able to analyse data and propose effective actions to increase sales E
Good skills in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher CRM etc E
Able to deal with high pressure situations negotiations and
expectations E
