We are currently seeking a driven professional for an exciting opportunity in Insurance.

As part of this dynamic team you will primarily focus on expanding the client portfolio through strategic acquisition efforts. Additionally you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with large corporations and midsized companies across various industry sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead the growth of the client portfolio through cold acquisition methods and leveraging our network of partnerships.

Identify and develop new business opportunities with large corporates and midcap companies structuring complex transactions for guarantee facilities.

Collaborate with the Risk team to craft highquality credit proposals.

Manage relationships with existing clients focusing on expanding their share of wallet and ensuring timely collection of financial information.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at the clients Board level Finance department and treasury teams.

Execute on the commercial strategy with a focus on diversifying the client portfolio in niche market segments.

Provide timely reporting to the Commercial Director.



Requirements

Sales professional with relevant experience in financial services and expertise in structuring complex financial products.

Proven track record in consultative selling and structuring bespoke solutions for large corporations across different market segments.

Strong relationshipbuilding skills with experience in engaging with Clevel executives.

Attention to detail and ability to balance perfection with progress.

Proactive and creative in executing commercial strategies.

Strong risk analysis skills and experience in writing highstandard credit underwriting proposals.

Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.

Fluent in Dutch and English.

Minimum 35 years of relevant sales or account management experience preferably in banking or insurance.

Affinity with financial services transformation, digitalization, and innovation.
