Job Title: Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) Dewsbury

Position Type: Fulltime

Hours: 36 hours per week Days/Nights

Compensation: 20.20 per hour

Location: Dewsbury West Yorkshire

About Our Client: Our client is a modern and purposebuilt care home located in the suburbs of Dewsbury. They provide highquality residential and nursing care catering to longterm shortterm and respite needs with specialized care available for individuals with complex conditions such as Alzheimers and dementia. The home offers 40 ensuite rooms allowing residents to personalize their space and feel at home. Additionally there are day rooms a spacious dining area and outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide highquality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and clinical needs.
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of residents health and wellbeing adapting care plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors therapists and care staff to ensure coordinated and holistic care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records and documentation adhering to confidentiality and data protection regulations.
  • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents promoting their dignity independence and quality of life.
  • Act as an advocate for residents ensuring their voices and preferences are heard and respected in care decisions.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior staff members contributing to their professional development and growth.


Requirements

  • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role preferably within a care home or residential setting.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge with a focus on personcentered care and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents families and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team demonstrating flexibility adaptability and professionalism.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
