Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. - Monitor and manage guest traffic flow, assisting with crowd management during peak periods. - Collaborate with the Front Office team to facilitate efficient check-in and check-out processes. - Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and special requests to deliver personalized service consistently. - Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, offering information on local attractions, transportation options, and cultural events. - Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and other guest requests, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail • *Job Type**: Permanent
