Scope:
We are looking to hire a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist for our wellknown manufacturing client based in Lahore Pakistan. This position is based in their head office.
Job Duties:
- Design implement and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards
- Develop and maintain job evaluation and salary structures
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement through effective rewards strategies
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy of payroll processes
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Finance or related field; Master s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and HRIS systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
