• Design implement and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
  
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Finance or related field; Master s degree preferred
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
  
• Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and HRIS systems
  
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
