Chief Operations Officer

As part of its continued growth and international expansion Nofence is now looking to hire a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join the team. This role will be a key part of the management team and overall responsible for Nofences supply chain planning procurement manufacturing and distribution as the company continues to scale. This is a crossfunctional role where you will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering making sure production and supply chain works frictionless as well as with Sales and Finance to support Nofences further growth and development. As COO you will ensure that the Operations department has the correct competence tools and resources to meet overall coming demands.

The challenge in this role will be to take lead in major strategic decisions making sure the entire supply chain is set up for expansion in terms of volumes distribution and sales channels geography and quality. It is important for the new COO to have a technical understanding and experience from hardware manufacturing processes to set up and improve processes for mass production through partners.

The ideal candidate has a commercial mindset in addition to a strong background in process and technical manufacturing industries and is also passionate about the opportunity to further advance sustainable agriculture on a global scale. You will be part of an ambitious and highperforming team at Nofence and be given a chance to excel based upon your expertise knowledge capacity and motivation.

We believe you have:

• Previous experience from a leading position in manufacturing and supply chain management in close collaboration with product and engineering
• Previous experience from scaling manufacturing and supply chain internationally or a similar growth phase is strongly meriting
• Strong analytical skills and thrives working with data
• Proven track record from managing a crossfunctional team
• Strong communication (working language is English) planning and negotiation skills Used to collaborating and navigating among different stakeholders both internally and externally
