Specifically, you will be responsiblefor performing the following tasks to the higheststandards : • Receive ordersand serve customer requests completely in a timelymanner • Create and serve a range of beveragesincluding classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine and soft drinksetc. • Take food orders and assist the floor teamwith deliveries as required • Understand menucontent, any menu changes, and promotionalactivities • Keep your service area clean, tidy,and well-prepared • Efficiently manage the propersettlement of all customer accounts • Answerguest queries in a polite and helpfulmanner
