Hotel Sales Executive

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling networking and client referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to maximize profitability
• Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors/PG degree in Business Marketing or related field
• Proven experience in hotel sales or relevant sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong network of industry contacts
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
