B2B Onboarding Manager

The B2B Partnerships Team is responsible for all larger partnerships with financial institutions from all over Europe. Clients can be banks insurances brokers other fintechs or platforms who want to offer Raisins products to their customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Onboarding of new distribution partner.
• Together with the client develop a vision for the product implementation and customer journey.
• Provide technical presales support during the evaluation of our offering.
• Project Management for partner onboarding.
• Stakeholder management with legal compliance product and tech functions.
• Present in calls and meetings with existing and potential distribution partners.
• Develop expert knowledge of our tech setup and typical client/industry workflows.
• Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering on product functionality and future enhancement.
• Implement and maintain stateoftheart API documentation.
• Take the technical lead in responding to proposals and RFPs.
• Engages with partners on a regular basis addressing technical and operational topics.
• Solves open issues and problems in a timely fashion.

Your Profile

• Strong project management skills managing different stakeholders across all involved parties.
• Sound technical understanding with a focus on API integrations and the ability to communicate with respective stakeholders. Programming experience is a plus.
• At least 2 years of work experience ideally with external clients.
• Experience or an interest in financial products.
• You are experienced in independently communicating ideas to all levels of stakeholders.
• University degree in business studies economics computer science or a comparable field with outstanding academic achievements.
• Finally you are a team player with excellent communication skills in English German and other European languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel if needed.
