Deputy Manager Non-Life Insurance

We have been engaged by Asia s leading insurance and reinsurance broker and strategic risk advisor. It provided insurance and risk management services to many of local and international corporate clients for more than three decades.

Position: Deputy Manager

Job Description:

• Supervise and control renewal team to renew existing accounts and handle day to day operation smoothly including monitor claim.
  
• Expand other class of insurance to existing customers.
  
• Manage bidding cases of existing accounts to renew.
  
• Monitor commission of each account (try not to reduce).
  
• Manage subordinates to visit customers and visit customers with subordinate
  
• Expand other class of insurance and try to enhance revenue of existing accounts
  
• Handle some of existing acounts
  
• Create new project or support in project development.
  
• Making report (income expenses etc.)
  
• Any other assigned job by manager or management.
  

Requirements

• Good in English skills for speaking reading and writing (required)
  
• Experienced in working in NonLife insurance field at least 7 10 years (preferable for insurance field). Experienced in working with insurance company or insurance broker company is preferable.
  
• Graduated in bachelor degree in any fields (preferable for marketing or insurance field).
  
• Good typing skills for both English and Thai. Computer skills including Excel Word Power point.
  
• Very careful and can work in detail job.
  
• Good characteristic serviced mind good attitude tolerant and careful job with accuracy.
