Senior Process Improvement Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle document control for the QEHS Management System including processing coordinating reviews and approvals distribution and archiving.
• Maintain Quality Environment Health and Safety (QEHS) Management System and associated documentation.
• Plan and coordinate internal audits reporting and related activities.
• Assist in external audits conducted by certification bodies and customers.
• Manage the corrective action system to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Conduct audits and evaluations of supplier performance.
• Assist in managing and responding to feedback from customers and staff.
• Facilitate continuous improvement programs including reporting and related activities.
• Monitor performance trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide support for QEHS management reviews.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Quality or Engineering.
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements internal audits and process improvement programs.
• Proficient in documentation control; experience in Six Sigma programs is advantageous.
