Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent for our clients. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with candidates. • Conduct in-person interviews and assessments, and provide feedback to hiring managers. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to final offer, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates. • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, and develop effective job postings and job descriptions. • Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source and attract candidates. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a strong pipeline of talent. • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruiting, and continuously improve the recruitment process.
