As a Senior Backend Engineer you will be responsible for curating the structure of server side information. This means developing maintaining and scaling up our platform and our vehicle information database ensuring its reliability scalability performance and costeffectiveness. Be ready to be part of a highly innovative team always searching for new technologies and standards to keep improving our technological stack in an agile environment.

You will be part of our Software team which creates robust and innovative solutions that increase the value efficiency and reliability of our web and mobile applications.

As Senior Backend Engineeryou will

• Participate in the specification of new features and improvements supporting our Product Owner;
• Implement and maintain core services with business logic serving REST APIs implemented with .NET;
• Design and implement the software architecture to support high availability and horizontal scalability;
• Advocate for improvements to product quality security and performance;
• Craft code that meets our internal standards for style maintainability and best practices for a highscale web environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.

This is what we believe is needed for this role

• Strong technical background with a bachelors or masters degree in computer science or similar relevant fields;
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET;
• Strong knowledge of relational databases particularly SQL Server;
• Knowledge of software design and architecture;
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes;
• Reliability and great problemsolving skills with great attention to detail;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Fluency in English.

Bonus Points

• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. Elasticsearch);
• Experience with message brokers (e.g. Kafka);
• Experience with containerized applications (e.g. Docker K8S);
• Experience with caching systems (e.g. REDIS);
• Experience with Clean Architecture.
