Capitol Bridge is currently seeking an on-site Quality Analyst join our team Columbia, South Carolina Site, pending contract award, with anticipated start date of May, 2023.
This is a full-time position.
The call center is operational
between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.
To prepare you for this endeavor, Capitol Bridge will offer paid, comprehensive training that will provide you the tools and resources to assist with the highest level of service, support and professionalism.
Pay and Benefits:
Base Rate: $25/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Applications for recertification
Ensure all necessary documents are loaded into the application/case
Review and audit calls to ensure agents are following the scripting set forth by the client
Report audit fails and provide recommendations on how to correct the issues
Working with supervisors and training team members to develop these processes
Provide weekly/monthly reports regarding QA
Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements:
Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Two (2) years of Quality experience may substitute for the educational requirement
Experience in medical terminology preferred
Intermediate knowledge of medical terminology (MEDICAIDE)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products
