Responsibilities of the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) within the Nursing Home:

• Maintain the highest standards of care welfare and safety for all residents
  
• Conduct thorough physical and psychological assessments for new admissions
  
• Develop personalized care plans and update them regularly
  
• Administer medication safely and maintain accurate records
  
• Foster effective communication with external suppliers and healthcare providers
  
• Monitor and enhance the performance of care staff
  
• Create effective rotas to ensure efficient staffing
  
• Embrace a personcentred approach respecting the privacy dignity and individual needs of each resident

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid NMC Pin or awaiting one
  Registered qualification as an RGN or RMN
  Clear DBS
