Responsibilities
- Performing special projects as assigned
- Compiling and sorting data for computer entry; establishing entry priorities
- Handling highly sensitive information
- Continuing operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
- Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information and identifying issues
- Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Providing assistance with data entry and other administrative tasks
- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- High school diploma or comparable degree
- Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word
- Data entry experience
- Data entry speed over 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with working with various computer systems and databases.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
- No experience required, but prior experience in data entry or related fields is a plus.
