Can do proper research and development to achieve desired results.

Create concepts and sketches of environments, characters, buildings, vehicles and props.

Excellent time management skills, to achieve tight deadlines.

Requirements

Creative and imaginative with an eye for balance, and layout.

Strong sketching skills, with a specialisation in concept design.

Experience in handling a team.

The ability to lead a team as a part of wider design process.

Leadership Quality to manage the team.

Excellency in using software like Adobe Photoshop and also the Wacom.

Ability to explain concepts and support artistic choices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
