Lead Frontend Engineer

• Direct and mentor a team of frontend developers promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  
• Spearhead the design implementation and maintenance of our React applications ensuring they align with our architectural vision and standards.
  
• Facilitate collaboration between design product and technical teams to translate concepts into usercentric interfaces.
  
• Uphold and advocate for best practices in TypeScript/React development ensuring our applications are responsive functional and visually compelling.
  
• Lead the charge in unit testing working closely with the QA team to enhance application quality and address issues.
  
• Champion our architectural and coding standards including MicroFrontend architecture and drive initiatives for code optimization and scalability.
  
• Serve as a technical advisor across departments offering insights and solutions to complex challenges.
  
• Ensure seamless integration with backend services fostering a cooperative environment between frontend and backend developers.
  
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies enriching the teams knowledge through workshops training sessions and code reviews.
  

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
  
• Proven leadership experience in managing agile development teams.
  
• Expertise in React Node.js and fullstack development methodologies.
  
• Solid understanding of CSS HTML TypeScript JavaScript and frontend frameworks.
  
• Proficient in unit testing and familiar with CI/CD pipelines preferably GitLab.
  
• Experience with AWS services and understanding of serverless architecture.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for innovation.
  
• Strong communication abilities in English; French or German is a plus.
