1. Job Title: Senior Manager Business Development

Location: Pune India

Position Overview:
Anuyat is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager for Business Development and Sales Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth overseeing sales operations and managing a team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
o Business Development:

Lead the business development efforts to identify pursue and secure new business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions.

o Sales Operations Management:

Manage and optimize sales operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with the sales team to establish and execute sales plans and strategies.
Monitor sales metrics analyze performance data and provide insights for improvement.

o Team Leadership and Development:

Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Recruit train and onboard new team members as needed.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback for professional development.

o Strategic Planning and Analysis:

Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth.
Conduct market research analyze industry trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance forecasts and strategies to the senior management team.

Requirements:

o Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
o 4 years of progressive experience in IT software sales/SaaS sales with a successful track record in business development and sales operations.
o Proven ability to generate leads negotiate and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
o Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a highperforming sales team.
o Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
o Willingness to work from the Pune office as required and adapt to a dynamic fastpaced work environment.
