Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
  

• Lead the design development and maintenance of mobile applications using React Native.
  

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers in the team.
  

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers and backend developers to create and enhance mobile applications.
  

• Architect and implement complex features and functionalities ensuring code quality and maintainability.
  

• Implement best practices for mobile app development including performance optimization security and user experience.
  

• Investigate and resolve challenging technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
  

• Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in mobile app development.
  

• Work with thirdparty libraries and APIs to integrate advanced functionality.
  

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  

• Lead code reviews and promote a culture of quality and excellence within the team.
  

• Assist in project planning estimation and technical strategy development.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  
• 24 years of relevant handson software engineering experience doing software design and development
  
• Proven and extensive experience as a React Native Developer with a strong portfolio of successful mobile applications.
  
• Expertise in React Native and JavaScript with indepth knowledge of the mobile app development ecosystem.
  
• Proficiency in mobile app architecture design patterns and best practices.
  
• Advanced knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux MobX or similar.
  
• Outstanding problemsolving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs asynchronous programming and backend integration.
  
• Experience with CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines.
  
• Exceptional leadership communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Work in a fastpaced environment and make pragmatic engineering decisions in a short amount of time.
