About our client
The client is the Australias leading executive membership organization for CEOs and senior executives and was elished to help business leaders connect with their peers and share their learnings with each other.
What will I do every day?
Support for Sponsorship Sales
- Identify and evaluate new sponsorship opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new sponsorships
- Manage existing sponsor relationships and ensure their satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential and existing sponsors
- Negotiate contract terms and ensure that all sponsorships are executed according to the agreed-upon terms
- Attend industry events to network and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that sponsors receive the agreed-upon benefits and exposure
- Conduct a thorough investigation on potential sponsors and record all pertinent company and personal details in the CEOIG database, also known as HUB
- Ensure that all contact information is kept up-to-date by making necessary phone calls and sending emails, while also scheduling follow-up dates for each prospective sponsor within HUB
- Record all scheduled appointments in HUB, making sure to note both the time and date
- Following each meeting, update the outcome of the appointment within HUB, and include any follow-up dates that are necessary
- Create and submit a pipeline report within HUB on a weekly basis to ensure that all progress is tracked and reported accurately.
Support for Inbound Sales
- Input company and individual information into HUB
- Keep all contact details up to date, including phone calls and emails, with follow-up dates for each potential customer in HUB
- Record all appointment schedules and dates in HUB
- Update all appointment results in HUB, along with follow-up dates
- Prepare and submit a pipeline report on a weekly basis using HUB

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sponsorship sales or business development
- Proven track record of successfully securing new sponsorships
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation ss
- Excellent written and verbal communication ss
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the sponsorship industry and market trends
