Your tasks

You are an expert in the field of Performance Marketing Management Then youve come to the right place! At KoRo we are looking for a versatile and experienced person to drive our international Performance Marketing Strategy forward with the help of a passionate team.

• Lead the international strategy of our Performance Marketing Team
• Maximize Paid Mediadriven revenue by Paid Social channels and hit KPIs and OKRs
• Work with the Data Science and Marketing Teams gathering insights and turning those insights into actionable strategies that the Performance Marketing Team can leverage to create marketing initiatives
• Constantly ideate new ways for your team to grow and improve channel efficiency
• Challenge our CRM department to new heights and optimise retention as well as the customer experience
• Utilise customercentric metrics for personalization evaluation and optimization of campaign performances
• Navigate through a multitude of concurrent priorities and drive projects to successful completion
• Manage a 78 digit marketing budget efficiently on a monthly basis
• Coach and mentor team members provide feedback conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans if needed

Your profile

• You have 10 years of Performance Marketing experience preferably in the ecommerce field (B2C and/or DTC)
• You have extensive experience in leading CRM departments
• You are equipped with an excellent command of English; German French or Italian skills are a plus
• You live in Berlin/the surrounding area or you are willing to relocate
• You are experienced in Hands on paid social (Meta TikTok Pinterest) advertising. Google marketing experience is good to have
• You are experienced with A/B testing strategies
• You understand the recent changes on data tracking and you have experience in attribution tool management
• You show a distinct affinity for datadriven decisionmaking with a practical and goaloriented mentality complemented by entrepreneurial behaviour and a strategic touch of creativity
• You have experience in the endtoend ideation implementation analysis and promotion of growth strategies
