Business Manager

• Develop and execute a business plan for the cloud practice including market analysis value proposition revenue targets and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cloud partners and leverage their resources and support to create competitive advantages and win new business.
• Manage the endtoend lifecycle of cloud projects from presales to delivery ensuring that they meet the customers requirements budget and timeline and adhere to the best practices and standards of cloud architecture security and governance.
• Monitor and report on the performance and profitability of the cloud practice and identify and resolve any issues or risks that may affect the quality scope or cost of the projects.
• Recruit train and retain a team of highperforming cloud professionals and provide them with the guidance feedback and tools they need to succeed and grow in their roles.
• Promote a culture of innovation learning and continuous improvement within the cloud practice and encourage the team to explore new technologies solutions and methodologies that can enhance our cloud capabilities and offerings.

• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Overall 8 to 12 years out of which at least 23 years of experience in managing and delivering cloud projects preferably using Cloud solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading and developing a team of cloud professionals including architects engineers consultants and sales.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts technologies and trends and the ability to translate them into business value and solutions.
• Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders from technical to executive level.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue and profitability goals and delivering customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Certifications in Microsoft/ AWS/GCP Cloud solutions or other cloud platforms are highly desirable.
