As a receptionist you represent the company to both present and potential clientele. Special Needs school based in Banjara Hills Hyderabad is looking for a front desk executive.
Requirements
- A pleasant personality well groomed appearance and good work ethic.
- Good communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in an office environment.
- Knowledge of computers including proficiency in MS Office programs like Word Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MS Access is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide them with the information they require.
- Answer screen and forward phone calls and provide basic information.
- Receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/ appointments
- Collect payments issue receipts and reconcile petty cash at the end of every day
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing photocopying collating faxing etc.
