They provides finance to small business owners (MSMEs) to drive business growth that matches their ambitions. Their hasslefree loans are powered by technology innovations and leverage the digital payments ecosystem. They provide financing to retailers restaurants apparel shops kirana stores petrol pumps groceries pharmacies and other MSMEs with flexible repayment options and customized products addressing multiple business needs. Our clients financing not only helps customers grow but also drives financial inclusion making a positive social impact.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ASSOCIATE MANAGER CUSTOMER ACQUISITION

Education qualification Any Graduate/12th Pass

Preferred Industry experience Bank / NBFC handling sales in retail assets (unsecured)/ Merchant banking sourced through DSAs (Channel Partners)

Desired experience Relevant experience of 04 years in any unsecured Loan Product (preferably Business Loans) with DSA handling experience

Role:
  • Understanding the product offering clearly
  • Ability to explain the product to the merchants
  • Good Experience into Cold Calling/Direct Sourcing
  • Good knowledge of Local Market Sales
  • Ability to handle sales calls independently
  • Ability to handle and manage local sales promotions
  • Achieving targeted loan disbursements.
  • Responsible for smooth flow of process relating to credit and operations.
  • To build a profitable portfolio.
