We are Recruited Approach trading as HortiRecruit a specialist recruiter in the Horticulture Green Economy and Land Based sectors. Our sectors are absolutely booming and we are struggling to keep up with the demand for experienced and/or qualified staff for our clients.

The Role

This role is client and candidate focused and (360) you will be working with the Horticulture and related green sectors in the permanent market. You will be working with a dynamic team that is looking to provide exemplary service to our clients.

This role consists of a base salary and commission. While flexibility is of course given as to when you work those hours there may be times when deadlines need to be met. This is where your excellent communication skills would come into play!

This role will be primarily working from home with occasional office meetups. We are currently based in Dublin City Centre.

What You Need To Succeed

• Recruitment experience about a year or more. We would be interested in both permanent and temporary recruiting experience.
• An active interest in the Horticulture Green Economy & Land Based Sectors.
• The full rights to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• Reliable broadband.
• Ideally we would like someone who has done 360 recruitment so that you understand what it means to work with clients but that is not a vital skill. We absolutely still want to talk to successful candidate resourcers!
