Business Analyst with powerapps

• Build and maintain strong positive relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Utilize your deep knowledge and experience in PowerApps or Dynamic CRM to design implement and optimize CRM solutions.
• Conduct indepth analysis of client problems and requirements working closely with stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding.
• Translate client needs into clear and actionable business requirements for the development team.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Develop use cases user stories and other documentation to facilitate the development process.
• Ability to carry out requirement gathering sessions with the end client and establish Product backlog
• Should be experienced in writing Product Backlog and able to relate them to platform components
• Should have good knowledge on Model driven & Canvas Apps
• Need to have good knowledge on Power Automate PVA & other industry cloud solutions
• Deeply involved in the analyse & design phase of the project
• Should be able to create test cases and log results
• Provides supervision to the development team as needed
