Role Overview:
We seek a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate with a strong background in tutoring CA CS and CMA students. The ideal candidate possesses indepth knowledge of the latest marketing trends an understanding of student pain points and preferably a background in professional coaching or faculty roles within the relevant subjects.
Responsibilities:
PRIMARY
Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest trends in education and marketing. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the professional coaching industry.
Content Development: Contribute to creating educational content that aligns with the needs of CA CS and CMA students. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
Events and Workshops: Organise and participate in events workshops and seminars to showcase our educational offerings. Represent the organisation at industry conferences and networking events.
SECONDARY
Lead Generation and Conversion: Assist in generating traffic through various channels including online platforms partnerships and networking.
Product and Service Promotion: Contribute in developing strategies to promote our educational services to the target audience. Create and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in tutoring CA CS or CMA students.
Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and strategies.
Strong understanding of the pain points and challenges students face in professional courses.
Preferred:
Background in professional coaching or faculty roles within the subjects of CA CS or CMA.
Demonstrated success in business development within the educational sector.
