Principal Project Control Specialist

The Team Leader (Voice) will perform the functions outlined below:

o Team Lead for Voice support

o Establish and manage the achievement of the Key Performance Indicators.

o Establish and agree the processes and procedures.

o Main contact through daily communication and collaboration with the MyChirotouch contact.

o Monitor and assist team members in the daily operation aspects of the project including reviewing the status and performance against targets, performing root cause analysis of variances and making improvements to meet the targets.

o Coach, guide and train team members by providing creative ideas and ways on how to carry out the respective tasks towards providing quality customer care and satisfaction.

o Provide assistance to team members in accordance with established practices and procedures.

o Hiring, selection and training of new team members.

o Create project schedules.

o Conduct quality assurance activities

Requirements

Team Leader (Voice)

o College graduate from any reputable school.

o Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

o Highly analytical and driven to achieve objectives.

o Organized and well-motivated to lead the team.

o Must have at least 1-year experience in supervision/management.

o Capable of key areas in Client, Performance and People Management.
