QC Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures.
• Conduct tests and inspections to identify defects and noncompliance issues.
• Analyze data to determine areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve qualityrelated issues.
• Create and maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Participate in the development and review of quality standards and specifications.
• Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Conduct internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize problemsolving techniques to address quality issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality processes.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier quality and performance.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry quality standards and regulations.
• Support the development and implementation of new quality initiatives.
• Ensure that all qualityrelated activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality control or relevant engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Certification in quality management or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in conducting audits and inspections.
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace new quality initiatives.
