Summary of Role
Do you have a passion for architecting complex IT solutions We are seeking a talented Solution Architect to join our growing MultiService Integration organization. In this role you will be an integral part of the client service team solutioning multitower engagements across multiple business units.
A solution architect is responsible for the design of one or more applications/ services within an organization and is typically part of a solution development team. The individual must have a balanced mix of technical and business skills and will often work with technical architects for strategic direction. The main focus is on the technical decisions being made regarding the solution and how they impact the business outcomes. This solution architect role will focus on customers within Life Sciences industry

You will craft topnotch solutions for our clients’ transformation and outsourcing requirements. You will define and drive businessIT solutions that use innovative business processes architectural and technical frameworks to provide client partners with viable high value solutions to complex business problems. Our solutions are typically a combination of digital applications development applications management and infrastructure services. This elite opportunity requires prior professional experience as a solution architect with a consistent track record of running and winning deals.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Shall perform the role of a trusted technology advisor / solution architect
  • Is expected to drive large transformation work across key clientele –existing and new
  • Is expected to be part of large transformation programs and specifically platform driven /enabled transformation programs
  • Whiteboard > shape up the client thought process > evolve a conceptual solution > work with the ecosystem and provide directions to the independent solution streams > stitch it together > iterate with the client and other technology architects deriving from a business need. Other technology architects include:
    • Technology Architecture
    • Component Architecture
    • Application Architecture
    • Information Architecture
    • Integration Architecture
    • Hardware Architecture
    • Deployment / Cloud Architecture
  • Be integral part of pursuits with the Service line Sales / Pursuit leaders / Client Partners community along with the deal team which may comprise of other architects
  • Once sales are completed the role may sometimes transition into delivering the solution that has been sold and continue to be the trusted advisor to the client
  • Will report into the solutions leader for the geography
  • The role will be measured on the following KRAs:
    • TCV influenced
    • Net new revenue influenced
    • CSAT on programs being run
    • Net influence in building transformational program solutioning and management capabilities
Experience & Skills
  • 12 years of experience in solutioning for complex programs
  • Preferable to have experience in supporting pursuits and delivering multiple transformation AND / OR other packaged solutions supporting value chains across Life Sciences industry.
  • Good understanding of the Life Sciences as a whole across LOBs
  • Delivery experience in Life Sciences projects
  • Significant experience in the APAC region designing and Implementing transformation programs
  • Hands on experience in solutioning transformation deals
  • Familiar with various deal constructs and engagement models for stitching large transformation deals
  • Experience in evaluating options for tool / technology product selection compare and contrast on various evaluation parameters and help arrive at the final selection
  • Familiarity and hands on experience with most technology clusters MS Java Oracle ERP Open standards / TOGAF / industry standard frameworks and various common cloud platforms
  • Experience with at least one of these technologies for Life Sciences customer – Veeva SFMC MuleSoft or SAP.
  • Familiar with the latest trends and common solutions on Data Management & Analytics IOT Digital Engineering principles
  • Understand the broad strategy of the enterprise recommend solutions propositions keeping in mind the entire client ecosystem which is fit for purpose
  • Ability to have conversations and present propositions to the CXO group and carry the relationship along driven by content
  • Ability to derive and drive development of executable solution from a defined business need / architecture towards an executable solution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presenc
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin is a must
