Job Description:
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing highlevel administrative support to the executive. They will handle a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations and assist in decision making. The Personal Assistant will also maintain confidential information manage schedules and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive or manager
- Manage and maintain schedules and calendars
- Coordinate meetings including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Arrange travel and accommodation for business trips
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage confidential information with discretion
- Perform research and compile reports
- Assist in decision making and problemsolving
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Handle adhoc duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in supporting senior executives
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Experience in travel arrangements and event planning
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
