Internal Communications and Branding Executive

This is a remote position.

Purpose of Position Create internal communications artifacts & templates; design executive presentations & reporting templates; support leadership training program content design.

Duties & Responsibilities Ø Create internal communications mailers monthly calendars and newsletters. Ø Help in the smooth flow of Internal business process by coming up with innovative ideas for every communication. Ø Working on a good relationship with the FS & Group Marcomm team and End to end ownership of at communication and interaction with stakeholders Ø design executive presentations & reporting templates; support leadership training program content design. Ø Align communication artifacts to business requirement. Ø Update Learning Portal management on regular basis. Ø Stay updated on the latest communication trends in order to create effective and nonmonotonous communication material. Ø Know different communication tools available in order to improve on the design. Ø Work closely with the business units to understand the messaging that needs to be communicated to the target audience. Ø Support new program designs on leadership skills Ø Design blended learning program in the form of learning journeys; use of references job aids onthejob exercises post learning action plans use of virtual new age and costeffective tools and techniques leverage quality open source content Ø Repackage & standardize the content delivery format. Ø Adherence to SLA Ø Share knowledge and good practices with learning team Ø Design microlearning and other assets to support Talent & Learning team development

Education & Certification Graduate with Marcomm background trainer on leadership skills and courseware design

Experience Required Minimum 67 years

Specialized Knowledge & Skills

Internal Communications mailers and branding. Exposure to courseware designing on leadership skills Client interface skills.
