سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيPrincipal Accountabilities: • This role centers on cultivating deep client intimacy to achieve or surpass assigned revenue and growth targets within designated accounts or sales territories. • Leveraging long-term client relationships, the KAM serves as a trusted advisor, offering insights on array of solutions across marketing, market research, sales management, industry dynamics, trends, and IQVIA's product, consulting, and service capabilities. • The role also involves proactively discerning client needs and collaborating with IQVIA's marketing, sales specialists, consultants, and client service teams to craft and present tailored solutions for complex business challenges. • Moreover, the Account Manager spearheads the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities and contract expansions within the assigned accounts, engaging with client managers at the marketing, market research, sales management, and IT levels. • They are the face of the company to the client and vice versa, overseeing all sales-related activities. • The role places a strong emphasis on monitoring client satisfaction with contracted deliverables, working closely with the sales management team and Client Service management to ensure high customer satisfaction levels. Skillfully managing renewals and subscriptions is also a key responsibility, and in certain instances, contributing to large contract renewal efforts.
